Senior UX Designer – Complex Internal Tools

ITDS is recruiting on behalf of a client that is a leader in cybersecurity dedicated to safeguarding digital assets through innovative solutions. The role involves shaping user journeys and designing sophisticated internal tools for security teams to enhance operational efficiency in an international environment.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably focused on complex internal tools.
• Strong expertise in designing end-to-end user experiences in international, cross-functional settings.
• Proven ability to lead UX projects independently from discovery to implementation.
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written).
• Mastery of Figma and FigJam for prototypes, user flows, and service blueprints.
• Strong reasoning, communication skills, and understanding of design systems and patterns.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders.
• High autonomy, proactiveness, and ownership of projects.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience extending or working with design systems.
• Mentoring skills for junior and mid-level designers.

• Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction concepts using Figma and FigJam.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive and scalable digital solutions.
• Lead UX workshops with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Develop user flows, personas, customer journey maps, and information architecture.
• Collaborate closely with developers to clarify logic, edge cases, and UI/UX details.
• Conduct process analysis, stakeholder conversations, and experience mapping.
• Support qualitative analysis and synthesize insights with UX researchers.
• Maintain and enhance existing design systems.
