Technical Operations Manager – Junior

SOFTSWISS is expanding and seeking a Junior Technical Operations Manager with experience in the Fintech/Payments industry. The role involves technical operations and support related to payment systems.

• Experience in Fintech/Payments industry as an Operations Manager or B2B technical support (2nd line)
• Clear understanding of how payment systems work
• Strong knowledge of transaction flows
• Knowledge of basics of WEB architecture
• Higher or incomplete higher education, preferably from technical universities
• English and Russian language skills at Upper Intermediate level or higher
• Basic knowledge of programming concepts including data types, basic operators, and functions

Nice to have:

• Experience with JIRA, Jenkins, Gitlab
• Experience with monitoring systems (ELK)
• Understanding of information and application security, including SSH and access credentials

• Handling technical operations requests from first line support regarding transaction issues and payment methods
• Rolling out customization of new clients' payment methods on their websites
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to transactions and payment methods
• Maintaining the efficiency of payment systems
• Interacting with payment systems
• Analyzing and identifying patterns in payment problems, followed by reporting
• Collaborating with related departments such as 2nd line support, Finance, Account Managers, and B2C
