AI Engineer (Agentic AI & Software Delivery)

This position is for an AI Engineer working on a new intelligent agent system within a multi-year strategic project focused on innovative business automation and data analysis tools. The role is based in Warszawa with a hybrid work model.

• 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in AI, machine learning, or data engineering.
• Proven knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and related Azure ecosystem services.
• Practical experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions, including context search, vectorization, and knowledge base integration.
• Strong programming background, preferably in Java or a similar language.
• Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review processes.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, and SonarQube.
• Ability to prototype ideas quickly and operate in experimental R&D environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with monitoring and improving AI systems.
• Certifications in AI, Data Science, or related fields.

• Design and develop AI agents supporting decision-making within business processes.
• Create solutions for data analysis and documentation gap detection.
• Orchestrate AI agents and integrate them with backend Java systems and workflows.
• Ensure agent reliability, quality, and consistent performance.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and AI specialists.
• Work with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to optimize data pipelines, models, and workflows.
• Conduct testing and monitoring of agents including control and escalation mechanisms.
• Stay informed on AI tools, methodologies, and emerging trends.
