Enterprise Data & Analytics Transformation Lead – Financial Services

This position is for a Krakow-based senior role within a global leader in financial services, focused on building and transforming a modern, sustainable enterprise data ecosystem, specifically at HSBC.

• 12+ years experience in large-scale programme, portfolio, or transformation delivery in financial services.
• Extensive expertise in platform and data migration with a focus on SAS environments.
• Deep understanding of SAS dependencies such as code remediation, data lineage, and operational readiness.
• Proven success leading complex, enterprise-wide technology transformations across multiple geographies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior executives.
• Experience in governance, risk management, benefits realization, and handling cross-program dependencies.
• Knowledge of risk management, security, controls, and regulatory compliance in financial institutions.

Nice to have:

• Agile certifications such as SAFe.
• Experience with hybrid or traditional delivery approaches in programme and product environments.
• Proven leadership of multicultural teams across multiple locations.

• Define and implement the enterprise SAS analytics transformation strategy aligned to business and technology goals.
• Lead executive discussions on scope, sequencing, and funding with global stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee transformation portfolio, managing program delivery milestones and quality standards.
• Drive enterprise benefits realization, governance, and change management for SAS migration.
• Own resource strategy, financial planning, and capacity modeling for large-scale data programs.
• Lead and develop a delivery organization including Program Managers and specialists.
• Manage supplier relationships, strategic negotiations, and service delivery performance.
• Foster enterprise adoption of the SAS environment through communication, training, and operational improvements.
