Senior Frontend Developer – Banking Sector

Our client is a leader in the banking industry committed to transforming financial services through innovative technology. The role involves contributing to user-centric digital platforms that enhance customer engagement and streamline banking operations.

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, specifically in banking or financial services
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience working within a hybrid environment, with at least 6 days/month in Kraków
• Excellent communication skills in English, at a communicative level

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI integration in frontend solutions
• Knowledge of cloud platforms or DevOps practices
• Certifications related to frontend development or financial technology

• Develop and optimize frontend components in line with project specifications and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable digital solutions
• Ensure responsive design and user experience across multiple devices and platforms
• Contribute to continuous improvement of code quality, performance, and security
• Participate in Agile development cycles, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues quickly and efficiently
• Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and industry trends
