Mid-Level Backend Developer – Financial Services

This position is with a client in the financial services industry based in Kraków, working on banking solutions to enhance client experiences and operational efficiency.

• 4+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong programming skills in relevant backend technologies.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment with at least 6 days in the office per month.
• Excellent communication skills in English (communicative level).

• Certifications in backend development or related fields.

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend applications to support banking operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.
