Senior Test Engineer – Web and Mobile Applications

The position is for a Warsaw-based company, ITDS, working with a client in financial services focused on developing advanced credit workflows and banking process transformations.

• Over 5 years of experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools including SoapUI, Postman, JIRA, and log analysis with Kibana.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of web and mobile application architectures.
• Experience with ISTQB-aligned testing methodologies.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and create effective test cases.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level) and fluent in Polish.

Nice to have:

• Experience in backend test automation.
• Basic programming knowledge for error analysis and testing support.
• Relevant certifications or additional skills related to software testing or automation.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications.
• Design detailed test scenarios and perform manual, integration, and API testing.
• Use tools like SoapUI, Postman, and JIRA for monitoring and reporting testing outcomes.
• Analyze application logs using Kibana and browser developer tools such as Chrome DevTools.
• Support automation of backend tests.
• Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and Scrum teams to apply Agile testing strategies.
• Monitor testing progress, prepare reports, and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing and quality assurance processes.
