Lead AI Solutions Engineer

An international software company specializing in AI/ML solutions seeking a lead engineer for application integrations and AI-driven workflow automation projects.

• 8+ years of experience in backend software engineering
• Several years of experience with AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Deep expertise in applied AI/ML
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with AI risk assessment
• Fluent in English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience as a founding engineer or FDE
• Experience in regulated sectors
• Leading and mentoring experience

• Design and implement application integrations using Python & JavaScript/TypeScript or similar
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-based solutions for company customers
• Lead data-driven solution development
• Drive the adoption of AI-based workflow automation within customer environments
• Manage end-to-end deployment of AI solutions into clients’ production
• Manage risk and compliance requirements
• Mentor junior developers
• Liaise with technical and non-technical partners and stakeholders
