Senior Systems Analyst – Financial Services

Our client is a leading financial services organization focused on advancing innovative banking solutions. The position is Warsaw-based with a hybrid work model.

• Minimum 5 years experience in system analysis or related roles, preferably in financial or banking sector.
• Proficiency in UML and BPMN modeling.
• Strong knowledge of system communication protocols: REST and SOAP.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
• Solid command of SQL.
• Basic understanding of Kafka for stream processing.
• Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools and techniques.
  • Certification or additional experience in system modeling or analysis.

• Analyze system requirements using visual modeling techniques such as UML and BPMN, supported by Enterprise Architect.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Prepare detailed system documentation.
• Collaborate within agile teams to support project delivery.
• Apply system analysis techniques to optimize system communication.
• Use SQL for data querying and management.
• Support system integration using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Utilize basic knowledge of Kafka for stream processing and real-time data handling.
