Rewards & Payroll Transformation Consultant

• Experience in HR transformation with strong exposure to Payroll and/or Compensation & Benefits.
• Ability to map, analyze and redesign end-to-end HR processes.
• Understanding of HR compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret HR-related data.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in project environments.
• Very good command of English.

• Assess HR/R2P (Payroll, Compensation & Benefits) processes and map them using BPMN‑based tools.
• Design efficient, compliant and scalable Rewards/Payroll processes.
• Create process documentation, SOPs and project deliverables using MS Visio, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Support change management activities including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Embed compliance, regulatory and risk requirements in process design and implementation.
• Analyze HR data in Excel to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders across design and implementation phases.
• Define and report KPIs using Excel and PowerPoint to monitor process performance.
