Data Scientist (AI | Python | Pyspark | SQL)

1dea is a recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions. The company is based in Poland and operates globally through an international network. It covers sectors including IT, Transport, Spedition, Logistics, Property & Construction, and Tax & Legal.

• Proficient knowledge of PySpark, Python, and SQL
• Experience with Generative AI (LLM, prompting, RAG/GraphRAG)
• Practical experience with Azure stack (ADF, Databricks, SQL Server, ADLS)
• Experience in data analysis, transformation, and modeling
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub for team collaboration
• Communicative English language skills (spoken and written) for international project team
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j / Cypher)
• Experience with Azure DevOps and working in Scrum

• Developing GenAI functionalities such as chatbots, Agentic AI, RAG / GraphRAG
• Optimizing and improving PySpark/Python code performance and promoting best practices within the team
• Building and maintaining data pipelines in Azure cloud (ADF, Databricks, SQL, ADLS)
• Conducting advanced analytics and integrating code with APIs created by the Consumption Team
• Participating in the design and continuous improvement of team solutions
