Wymagania
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data product development
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, Spark or similar
- Experience with data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake
- Knowledge of HR systems like Workday and SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT processes
- Familiarity with data governance and privacy standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to have:
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

- Build and maintain HR data products (e.g., employee datasets, workforce metrics)
- Develop and optimize data pipelines and integrations
- Translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Enable advanced analytics and self-service reporting
- Improve data quality, automation, and real-time availability
- Implement data governance, privacy, and GDPR standards
- Collaborate across HR, IT, and Analytics teams
- Drive continuous improvement of data architecture and tools
