Senior Fullstack Developer

• At least five years of experience building and shipping fullstack applications.
• Comfortable designing clean APIs and building good UIs.
• Write readable code and maintain defendable architecture.
• Proficient use of AI coding tools without relying on them for unreviewed code.
• Interest in deepening knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and agents.
• Adaptable to a startup environment.
• Experience with React (5+ years), TypeScript (3+ years), FastAPI/Python (3+ years), PostgreSQL, Redis (2+ years), and Tailwind CSS (1+ year).

Nice to have:

• Next.js, React Query, Zustand, shadcn/ui.
• LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Streaming over SSE or WebSocket.

• Build AI features end to end, from API through UI.
• Make models usable with streaming responses, real-time updates, and efficient document-heavy interfaces.
• Own quality and architecture on both frontend and backend sides of features.
• Collaborate with frontend or backend specialists for complex issues while handling routine tasks independently.
