• Strong experience with Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
• Hands-on experience with JSM configuration including automation, SLAs, request types, queues, and knowledge integration.
• Familiarity with Advanced Roadmaps, including capacity and dependency management.
• Experience with Cloud environments and understanding of feature differences and migration aspects.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python and Node.js.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on user experience and measurable outcomes.

• Act as a primary point of contact for Jira, Confluence, and JSM, advising teams on scalable, practical solutions.
• Provide day-to-day support: resolve queries, handle configuration requests, and translate requirements into solutions.
• Configure Jira: issue types, workflows, fields, screens, permissions.
• Manage Confluence structure: spaces, templates, governance.
• Design JSM services: request types, SLAs, queues, portals, and knowledge base.
• Build and maintain automation rules in Jira/JSM to improve consistency and reduce manual effort.
• Support planning using Advanced Roadmaps for hierarchy management, dependencies, and reporting.
• Create documentation, templates, and training sessions; drive adoption through guides and onboarding.
• Partner with teams to design incident and request workflows, approvals, and reporting processes.
• Support integration and reporting: dashboards, filters, and subscriptions to measure service performance.
• Contribute to platform governance by recommending standards balancing flexibility and consistency.
