Senior Windows Server Engineer

• Deep expertise in Microsoft ecosystems.
• Excellent documentation skills for producing clear and structured technical and design documents.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server Operating Systems including in-depth troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and knowledge of Windows Internals.
• Ability to analyze low-level OS components such as process/thread architecture and I/O subsystems.
• Experience with tools like Sysinternals Suite and Event Tracing for Windows (ETW).
• Ability to collect traces and use evidence-based approaches for technical investigations.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Windows Server Security Hardening, WSUS, VMware (Nutanix is a plus), and Networking Tracing.
• Advanced scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, PowerCLI, Python, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Desirable skills: Ansible, remote development on Linux, Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Background in software engineering or development, especially in API integration, automation frameworks, and code quality/testing practices.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

• Design, implement, and maintain solutions for automated Windows server provisioning and deployment of Microsoft patches and third-party software using a gradual deployment strategy.
• Apply testing methodologies and software design patterns to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Use expertise in Windows Server operating systems to ensure stability and performance of the Windows infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and refine high-level design documents.
• Demonstrate strong ownership, autonomy, and accountability in assigned tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Windows operating systems (Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2025).
