Wymagania

  • Based in Europe or Mexico, or willing to relocate to Mexico.
  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
  • High degree of ownership and autonomy.
  • Modern PHP development experience (PHP 8.0+), fluent in latest PHP features and best practices.
  • Solid grasp of a modern PHP framework such as Symfony or Laravel.
  • Experience with Domain Driven Design, Message-Driven Systems, Event Sourcing, and CQRS.
  • Excellent automated testing skills (unit, integration, functional).
  • Desire to learn, collaborate, and contribute ideas within a highly collaborative team.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and financial systems.
  • Experience experimenting with AI tooling to enhance productivity.
  • Experience in a cross-functional environment.

Obowiązki

  • Take ownership across a broad remit, making decisions impacting Lendable's direction and success.
  • Work in small, resourceful teams to solve problems and find smarter solutions.
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers to guide and agree on API behaviors through documented contracts.
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to agree on MVP requirements.
  • Build the initial product offering for the new market as part of a cross-functional team.
