The Legal Centre of Excellence at PwC combines subject matter expertise with a tech-enabled team of legal and paralegal professionals providing legal support in alternative delivery models. It supports projects including mass settlements, mass litigation, international business reorganizations, corporate, compliance, data protection, contract lifecycle management, and other managed legal services for national and international clients.
Wymagania
- Advocate or attorney-at-law trainee (aplikant adwokacki/radcowski) or professional qualification as advocate or attorney-at-law
- Prior experience in litigation, especially with banking sector clients
- Knowledge of financial products, banking regulations, and legal issues related to Swiss franc–linked loans
- Very good command of civil law, contract law, and civil procedure
- Very good written and spoken English (at least B2)
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to resolve complex issues
- Ability to multitask and complete assignments timely with high quality
- Interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in using modern technologies and AI-based tools for task automation, information analysis, and content creation
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of German or French language (B2 and higher)
- High level of IT literacy and interest in technology or legal tech
Obowiązki
- Handling cases in mass-settlement and mass-litigation projects, including direct client interactions and phone contacts
- Drafting and preparing documents in civil proceedings such as statements of defence, appeals, pleadings, and legal correspondence
- Negotiating settlement terms with opposing parties
- Analyzing complex factual and legal issues to develop litigation strategies and assess legal risks
- Reviewing and analyzing legal documents according to legal and regulatory requirements
- Identifying legal and compliance risks
- Drafting and red-lining legal documentation
- Conducting research via internal and external sources
- Monitoring legal and regulatory databases
- Interacting with stakeholders from PwC and client territories
