AI Engineer

inFakt is a company at the intersection of technology and accounting, focused on automating and implementing advanced technologies. They develop and improve an accounting application supporting over 400,000 entrepreneurs daily. The Kraków office employs about 50 specialists in IT, accounting, customer service, and sales, with the largest team in IT programming in Ruby, Python, and Swift.

• Good knowledge of Python and AI/ML tool ecosystem
• Practical experience with LLMs and Generative AI professionally or in substantial personal projects
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent architectures, RAG, and data contextualization
• Experience with AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD, REST/JSON
• Ability to work with model response quality assessment tools (evaluation frameworks, automated tests)
• Polish language proficiency at C1 level and English at minimum B2
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days office, 2 days remote)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Pydantic
• Experience building MCP servers or developer tools (Claude Code, VS Code extensions, Continue.dev)
• Familiarity with Langfuse or other LLM observability tools
• Exposure to CrewAI, N8N, or similar agent frameworks
• Experience in MLOps (MLflow, Airflow, Vertex AI Pipelines) or DataOps
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Build and deploy AI/LLM applications in cloud environments (AWS or GCP)
• Design architectures based on LLMs including RAG, Agentic RAG, and MCP
• Integrate models into production using Function Calling, A2A, and MCP Server
• Develop pipelines for contextual data processing and indexing in vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone)
• Write prompts, test output quality, and optimize LLM behavior using Langfuse and evaluation frameworks
• Collaborate with development and business teams on automation, analytics, and integrations (OCR, classification, generative UI)

Hybrid work model requires presence 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
