LLM Developer

inFakt is a company at the intersection of technology and accounting focused on automating and implementing advanced technologies. They develop and improve an accounting application supporting over 400,000 entrepreneurs daily. The Kraków office employs about 50 specialists across IT, accounting, customer service, and sales, with the largest team in IT programming in Ruby, Python, and Swift.

• Strong knowledge of Python with clean, testable code skills (OOP, design)
• Practical experience with LLMs including prompts, RAG, and model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
• Familiarity with backend frameworks like FastAPI and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, REST/JSON
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Polish language proficiency at C1 level

Nice to have:

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph
• Knowledge of MCP or developer tools like Claude Code and VS Code extensions
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone
• Interest in LLM evaluation and observability tools like Langfuse and evaluation frameworks
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Build and develop LLM applications in Python, including RAG, agents, and document processing pipelines
• Integrate models into production using Function Calling and MCP Server
• Write and optimize prompts and measure output quality using Langfuse
• Work with vector databases involving embedding, chunking, and indexing
• Deploy and maintain cloud solutions on AWS or GCP
• Collaborate with development and business teams to automate accounting processes
