Software Engineer with AI

They develop and improve an accounting application supporting over 400,000 entrepreneurs daily. The Kraków office employs about 50 specialists across IT, accounting, customer service, and sales, with the largest team in IT programming in Ruby, Python, and Swift. The company practices Scrum and participates in industry conferences and community events such as KRUG.

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience with Python
• Clean code practices and understanding of software design (OOP, architecture)
• Knowledge of backend frameworks (FastAPI or similar) and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD, REST/JSON, and microservices architectures
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Practical experience with LLMs including prompts, RAG, and APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini
• Polish language proficiency at C1 level and English at minimum B2

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Interest in vector databases, embeddings, Intelligent Document Processing
• Experience with MCP or AI developer tools

• Build backend for AI systems in Python (FastAPI)
• Integrate LLMs with production applications including function calling and MCP Server
• Convert prototypes into scalable, working solutions
• Work with data pipelines involving document processing, embeddings, and vector databases
• Deploy in cloud environments (AWS or GCP) and ensure code quality with tests and CI/CD
• Collaborate with AI and business teams on automating accounting processes
