• Minimum 3 years of experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails or Grape
• Proficient in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL
• Ability to optimize database queries and write unit tests
• Knowledge of error logging systems (Sentry), caching systems (Memcached, Redis), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
• Experience with macOS systems
• English language proficiency at B1+ level for reading technical documentation
• Teamwork skills and motivation to collaborate on product development

Nice to have:

• Experience with RSpec

• Co-create API for the Moje Siepomaga product
• Work in a multidisciplinary project team with developers, testers, and a product owner
• Execute projects in an agile environment combining Scrum and Kanban methodologies
