Senior Distributed Systems Engineer - Platform Engineering

• Excellent understanding of complex IT systems from hardware to software and algorithms.
• Ability to define requirements proactively and balance technical constraints with business needs.
• Experience leading the design and implementation of solutions.
• Experience in leading project teams.
• Willingness to engage beyond programming, including responsibility for technical areas and inter-team communication.
• Proactive attitude and independence.
• Extensive programming experience and involvement in code reviews.
• Good knowledge of concurrent programming and distributed systems.
• Ability to analyze solutions critically for performance issues.
• C1 level proficiency in English and Polish.

• Plan and lead development in technical areas such as deployment, monitoring, databases, or load balancing within RTB House's infrastructure.
• Coordinate the work of a project team of 3-4 people and collaborate with other teams and units.
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of the built solutions.
