Senior Software Engineer

Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company developing AI-powered, cloud-native technology used by law firms, corporations, and government agencies to manage legal data. The company focuses on legal AI software and supports pro bono legal work.

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Deep hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-native application patterns
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
• Experience building or supporting CI/CD systems and modern DevOps pipelines
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS
• Demonstrated success working in Agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills

Nice to have:

• Exposure to AI/ML tools or interest in applying AI to platform and engineering challenges

• Design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable platform services and developer tooling using .NET and Microsoft Azure
• Lead the development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) components to automate and standardize cloud infrastructure
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD automation across engineering teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build reusable capabilities to improve development speed and consistency
• Integrate observability, performance monitoring, and self-service tooling into the platform ecosystem
• Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing
• Proactively identify improvement areas, experiment with solutions, and deliver results
• Contribute to initiatives that embed AI/ML into platform services and developer workflows
