Recruitment Specialist

ITFS is offering a role in recruitment specialized in markets such as France or Belgium, focusing on talent acquisition and support for business teams.

• Professional experience at Mid or Senior level in recruitment
• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Practical knowledge of ATS tools, especially Workday
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong service orientation, and high interpersonal skills
• Excellent work organization, independence, proactivity, ability to work both independently and in a team
• Very good knowledge of foreign languages depending on the dedicated market: fluent French and English for French market; fluent English and desirable knowledge of Dutch or French for Belgian market

• Documented professional experience in consulting or advisory industry

• Active support of foreign markets (France or Belgium) in talent acquisition
• Acting as main contact point for business teams by gathering recruitment needs, advising on profiles, and providing regular updates
• Developing candidate sourcing strategies with the internal sourcing team including direct outreach, job portals, social media, recommendations, and academic initiatives
• Ensuring high-quality candidate experience through application screening, conducting interviews, managing offers, and supporting salary negotiations
• Managing administrative aspects of onboarding and ensuring smooth integration of new employees
• Participating in continuous HR process improvement, including job posting, ATS system updates, and involvement in HR projects
• Monitoring and reporting key recruitment metrics such as candidate funnel, conversion rates, and time to hire
• Supporting employer branding initiatives including participation in job fairs, recruitment events, and community activity on LinkedIn
