Salesforce Data Cloud Developer/Architect

The role is with the Energy Supply team focusing on designing, building, and optimizing data solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud to support customer, billing, and operational use cases.

• Minimum five years of professional experience in data engineering, Salesforce development, or related roles.
• Proven expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data modeling, ingestion, and real-time processing.
• Strong understanding of CRM integrations, APIs, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data architectures.
• Experience with SQL, scripting languages, and data transformation tools.
• Familiarity with data governance, security practices, and compliance requirements in enterprise environments; experience in the energy supply industry is an advantage.
• English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• German language.

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce Data Cloud architectures integrating with CRM, billing, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop data models, ingestion pipelines, and transformations for high-quality data.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, data lineage, and solution diagrams.
• Build and optimize queries, segmentations, and real-time data streams within the Salesforce environment.
• Provide guidance on data governance, security, and compliance relevant to the energy sector.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
