Senior RPA Developer (UiPath)

• Around 2 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath.
• Ability to design new automations and enhance existing ones across all development phases.
• Knowledge of relational databases and network communication standards including JMS, HTTP, SOAP, XML, and XSD.
• Experience with tools such as GIT, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of SCRUM/Agile frameworks.
• Good communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• University degree in a technical or business-related field.

• Design and develop automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Implement, test, and deploy automation solutions following coding standards.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for RPA optimization.
• Build scalable solutions using UiPath and object-oriented principles.
• Apply SCRUM and Agile methods in project delivery.
• Monitor and maintain automations to ensure stability and performance.
