Network & Hardware AI Validation Engineer

Founded in 2011 with 250+ employees, they develop software for modern networking platforms and operating systems, bridging physical hardware and high-velocity, AI-driven development for clients worldwide including the US, Japan, Israel, and Europe.

• Practical experience in Python development or scripting for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with physical hardware, router platforms, CLIs, and network interfaces.
• Strong understanding of L2/L3 networking concepts, IP routing, and protocols like VLANs, BGP, and OSPF.
• Active daily use of AI tools (such as Cursor, Copilot, LLMs) to write, debug, and deliver code fast.
• Fluent written and spoken English (minimum B2, preferably C1 or C2).

Nice to have:

• Ability to read and analyze C/C++ source code.
• Experience scaling test frameworks across multiple hardware models or architectures.
• Hands-on experience with network automation frameworks like pyATS, Robot Framework, Scapy, or Ansible.
• Familiarity with network testing and traffic generation tools like Spirent, Ixia, TRex, or packet analyzers such as Wireshark.
• Experience working with software houses.

• Research and define implementations of client requirements and ideas.
• Engage directly with client architects and end-users through design calls to gather requirements and clarify edge cases.
• Develop and maintain a Python-based validation framework to test low-level SDK APIs.
• Use AI coding tools such as LLMs, Copilot, and Codex to rapidly generate, refactor, and expand test scripts.
