Performance Technical Manager

• 2–3 years of experience in the technical side of digital campaigns, including technical support, analytics, or campaign optimization
• Ability to independently identify root causes of problems beyond symptom description
• Knowledgeable in the programmatic ecosystem, navigating DSP platforms, DMP data, and RTB mechanics
• Experience with at least one buying platform such as DV360 or Adform
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including working with large datasets
• Practical experience configuring measurement tags and triggers, e.g., in Google Tag Manager
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and client communication

Nice to have:

• Ability to read logs and perform basic debugging on websites or applications
• Openness to working with APIs and technical documentation from providers
• Familiarity with developer tools such as browser consoles or Postman
• Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Apps Script
• Knowledge of GA4 or quality verification tools like DoubleVerify or Integral Ad Science

• Manage assigned campaigns technically throughout their lifecycle: configuration, emission monitoring, and problem resolution
• Prepare implementation instructions (measurement tags, product feeds) and verify proper deployment
• Conduct quality control before campaign launch and verify functionality post-launch
• Analyze discrepancies in campaign emission, including frequency, tag transmission losses, and publisher/host quality
• Perform regular audits for consistency across feed, measurement tags, model, and results
• Serve as the technical contact point for sales and clients regarding integration and issue resolution
• Provide consultancy to clients on best implementation practices and platform integration
• Derive insights from ongoing work and translate them into campaign optimization recommendations
• Build automation solutions
• Document developed solutions and expand the internal knowledge base
