Technology Strategy Consultant

Deloitte is expanding its Technology Strategy & Transformation team. The role involves working in a team that drives strategic technology leadership and digital transformation for clients, engaging across various industries and geographies.

• Basic understanding of IT architecture, networking, or software development principles.
• Interest in IT project management, strategy development, and process optimization.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a client focus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, collaborative project environments.
• Adaptable and committed to continuous professional development.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian (verbal and written); knowledge of German, Russian, or Ukrainian is an advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT projects or consulting.
• Strong communication skills and project management abilities.

• Work across a range of projects including IT strategy, process improvement, architecture planning, and M&A IT due diligence.
• Assess client needs through data gathering, stakeholder interviews, and structured analysis.
• Support project delivery by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring milestones are met.
• Contribute to strategy reports, architecture plans, and client-facing presentations.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients in a team-oriented setting.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and their relevance to client business goals.
• Participate in training, certifications, and exposure to high-impact projects.
