SAP Finance Lead Consultant - General Ledger

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance, ERP, and consulting
• 5+ years in system implementations and integrations
• Strong experience across full project lifecycle (design to support)
• Hands-on expertise in SAP FI including: General Ledger, Intercompany reconciliation, Month-end close, Fixed Assets, Multi-currency / FX, Statutory Reporting
• Understanding of cross-module integrations (FI-CO, MM, SD)
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and accounting principles
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and documentation
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Manage and support SAP Finance solutions including run and enhancements
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify and implement improvements
• Analyze process, system, and data gaps and propose solutions
• Lead discussions on key finance processes (GL, intercompany, close, reporting)
• Configure and support SAP FI functionalities where needed
• Ensure compliance with audit, control, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in roadmap planning for support, enhancements, and new implementations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other SAP and business teams
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Perform fit-gap analysis and support solution design
• Support build, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities
• Contribute to documentation, training, and user communication
