Junior Power BI / FP&A Analyst

Ness Solution is hiring for a role focused on Business Intelligence and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) aimed at candidates with initial professional experience.

• Good knowledge of Power BI
• Initial commercial experience in data analysis, BI or finance
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Analytical thinking and willingness to work with data
• Very good command of English
• High motivation for learning and professional development

Nice to have:

• Education or studies in finance, economics, computer science, mathematics or related fields
• Interest in controlling, financial planning or FP&A

• Support in preparing reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Analyze data and prepare summaries for business needs
• Work with Excel for financial and operational analyses
• Assist in automating and improving reporting processes
• Collaborate with finance and business teams
• Develop competencies in Financial Planning & Analysis
