Mid AI Engineer

KUBO builds its own technology ecosystem supporting business processes related to recruitment, administration, and sales. The role is the company's first internal technology position, working directly with users to develop effective tools for monitoring tender sources, document analysis, and automations aiding sales and recruitment teams.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a developer
• Experience building AI solutions, especially using LLM APIs, RAG, and AI agents
• Ability to transition from business problem to working MVP including discovery, solution design, deployment, and ongoing development
• Experience with Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and API development
• Skills in designing and implementing automations both in code and using Microsoft 365 tools
• Experience in testing, deploying, monitoring, and documenting solutions
• Strong communication skills for engaging with business users and gathering requirements
• High independence and responsibility for end-to-end solution operation

• Conduct discovery with business users across departments such as sales, recruitment, and finance to understand processes and problems
• Translate business problems into requirements, MVPs, and solution designs
• Design applications, APIs, integrations, and data flows between systems
• Build prototypes, MVPs, and internal web applications
• Develop backends, APIs, and integrations with SaaS systems including SharePoint and Teams
• Design workflows and automations using Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams) and custom code
• Develop solutions utilizing LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG, and document processing
• Test, deploy, and monitor solutions in production environments
• Document technical decisions, architecture, and solution operation
• Recommend build vs buy vs automate approaches collaboratively
