Solutions Architect (.NET/AI SDLC)

Our client is a key player in the American automotive market developing innovative CRM solutions and AI tools, providing software to car dealerships to streamline their operations and increase sales efficiency.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, including at least one year as a tech lead or solutions architect
• Extensive knowledge of .NET
• Practical experience with AWS, including architecture design, service selection, cost, and security aspects
• Experience in software development within an automated, AI-supported SDLC process including development, testing, and CI/CD
• Commercial use of AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and popular MCP
• Experience designing and implementing AI systems like RAG, semantic search, AI workflows, and single- or multi-agent AI systems
• Strong knowledge of autonomous AI agent design and systems capable of autonomous software engineering, including orchestration, quality control, validation, and decision-making within SDLC
• Knowledge of application and system architecture
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business value
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
• High interpersonal and leadership skills
• English language proficiency at C1 level
• Openness to business travel and client delegations

• Design system architecture and solutions supporting the AI SDLC process in cooperation with engineering teams
• Develop and enhance solutions using Generative AI tools and techniques to streamline software delivery processes
• Advise clients on cloud solution selection focusing on security, cost, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• Provide technological and architectural advice on AI solution design considering costs, risks, and business value
• Incorporate AI capabilities in architecture design and technology decision-making
• Support the adoption of AI tools within the team and processes
