SFMC Support Specialist

• Proven experience supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a production environment.
• Strong SQL skills for reporting, delivery investigations, and troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of email/SMS delivery flows and diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with CloudPages, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for campaign customizations.
• Excellent communication and ticket management discipline in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and drive quick issue resolution.

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud across multiple geographies.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and service requests.
• Perform SFMC administration tasks, including managing access and generating reports.
• Support campaign owners with best practices on campaign configuration and troubleshooting delivery issues using SQL and tracking analysis.
• Maintain platform stability with KTLO activities, such as SSL certificate maintenance.
• Engage with Salesforce vendor teams to align on service improvements.
• Join a 24/7 on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support when required.
