Senior Software Quality Engineer (Test Automation)

Tenarai is recruiting a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Quality and Test Automation to join a fast-moving engineering team working on flagship travel-related product lines: Agency Concierge and Traveler Concierge, including Agentic AI MCP Apps deployed on ChatGPT.com and Claude.ai channels.

• 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering and/or test automation.
• Solid experience with Java, Python, React, Typescript, CSS.
• Experience in AI-driven testing, automated test generation, and modern QA methodologies.
• Experience building benchmarks for LLM based systems.
• Knowledge of AI Software Development Life Cycle and AI models, including Vertex AI and Gemini models.
• Experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with continuous learning.
• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical field.

Nice to have:

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts and LLM architectures.
• Experience with standard testing frameworks and tools like JUnit, layered with AI tools.

• Automate and validate software quality by building robust testing frameworks for MCP native apps on ChatGPT.com and Claude.ai.
• Prepare benchmarks for AI functions integrated into applications.
• Maintain test inventories.
• Assess application portfolio from a security perspective.
• Use the latest AI models (Gemini family) to develop advanced testing strategies and automatically generate test cases for MCP endpoints and chat channel UI widgets.
• Investigate, diagnose, and solve integration and quality problems in development and production.
• Collaborate with core developers to identify edge cases and deliver quality solutions.
• Document testing methodologies and demo testing workflows to Product Owner in weekly sessions.

Must possess a legal work permit in Poland.
