IT Support Engineer

The role involves delivering high-quality on-site and remote IT support to end users, ensuring fast, reliable, and user-friendly service in a Technology & Telecoms environment. The position focuses on supporting and enhancing the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and managing devices via Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager. Collaboration with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams in an international setting is expected.

• 2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar end-user facing role
• Solid hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft 365 suite
• Exposure to endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and identity platforms like Active Directory / Entra ID
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience working with ticketing or ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, FreshService, or similar)

• Deliver high-quality on-site and remote IT support to end users, ensuring fast, reliable service
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across modern workplace technologies
• Support and enhance the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Manage devices and endpoints using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, including provisioning, configuration, updates, and lifecycle management
• Support identity and access management processes with Active Directory / Entra ID
• Follow and promote IT security best practices
• Work within ITIL-based service management processes
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams
• Support new employee onboarding by ensuring smooth IT setup
