• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development
• Strong experience with Node.js and Web API
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, database design, and SQL
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Git
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience with Go programming
• Experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular 2+
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
• Experience supporting production environments
• Knowledge of Service Management / ITIL practices

• Participate in software architecture and solution design
• Implement solutions using appropriate design patterns and best practices
• Analyse requirements and recommend improvements
• Develop application prototypes to validate concepts and designs
• Create clear technical documentation
• Contribute to automation and improvements of the service management lifecycle
• Support change management throughout the service lifecycle
• Work with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
