Business Analyst (E-commerce)

• Experience working as a Business Analyst on E-commerce and experience projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
• Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience on Content and Experience projects.
• Highly proactive, enthusiastic, focused, with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Customer-first mindset with maturity and initiative to keep clients happy.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile software delivery.
• Knowledge of Business Process mapping and engineering.
• E-commerce and retail/brand experience.
• Skilled in producing high quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in analysis and design of systems (package integration and bespoke development).
• Ability to work on own initiative following an agreed action plan.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Energetic and enthusiastic with strong attention to detail.

• Agile / Scrum master experience.
• Experience working with multiple different E-commerce/experience platforms.

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for business and technical users.
• Plan, run, and facilitate workshops; review and assess customer source documentation.
• Identify, recommend, and assess options for technical and business solutions.
• Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with scrum/delivery teams through go-live.
• Analyze business systems to recommend efficiencies.
