Full Stack Technical Lead (Java + React)

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in technical leadership.
• 6+ years of full-stack development experience.
• 6+ years experience with Java and Spring.
• Proven experience with Functional Programming and Java Streams.
• 2+ years of front-end development experience with React.
• Experience developing reactive UIs with Reactive JS.
• 2+ years of experience in TDD/BDD development using frameworks like JUnit, Jasmine, Mockito, Protractor/Selenium.
• 2+ years working with microservices and tools such as Spring Boot/Cloud.
• AI experience.
• Experience in DevOps development and Jenkins.
• Experience in Kotlin (advantage).
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying cloud/hybrid solutions.
• Experience deploying in container environments such as Kubernetes and Cloud Foundry.
• Familiarity with design concepts: microservices, service discovery, circuit breakers.
• Strong leadership skills, project prioritization, and planning.
• Versatility to switch between tasks and technologies.
• Experience assessing a broad range of information solutions and products.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

• Guide, mentor, and foster the growth of full-stack engineers within the team, championing engineering excellence and Extreme Programming practices.
• Lead the architectural design and technical direction of scalable and secure full-stack applications aligned with business goals.
• Establish and champion high standards of code quality, testing (TDD/BDD), CI/CD pipelines, and robust DevOps practices.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable technical strategies.
• Direct full-stack development of applications, remaining actively involved in coding and remote pairing.
• Own the entire development cycle, including design, architecture, development, testing, and DevOps deployment.
• Foster a collaborative Extreme Programming environment featuring remote pairing and rapid feedback loops.
