Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model for IT specialists based on B2B contracts, delivering projects for clients in innovative and modern sectors. The role is for a client in the retail industry and involves joining a team responsible for data migration to SAP.
Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with data
- Experience with ERP systems (not necessarily SAP)
- Practical experience in at least one complete data migration to SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, including data profiling, mapping, mock loads, and validation
- Hands-on data experience beyond workshops and documentation
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and simple queries
- Practical understanding of data mapping logic including 1:1 mappings, transformations, reference values, missing and default values
- Knowledge of basic SAP data objects
- High independence and proactivity including communication initiation, risk signaling, asking correct questions, and working without micromanagement
- Ability to organize scattered information, identify gaps and inconsistencies, and propose solutions
- Communication skills and ability to collaborate in an international team
- English language proficiency minimum B2
Nice to have:
- Experience in retail projects
- Broader knowledge of SAP data model and business objects
- Experience in large international ERP or transformation projects
- Experience sharing knowledge or supporting team members in data migration/SAP
Obowiązki
- Analyze and profile source data, assess quality and completeness
- Prepare and agree on data mapping and transformation rules between source systems and SAP
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues
- Prepare data for trial migrations and analyze results
- Validate data post-loading into SAP and support error resolution
- Collaborate with business teams, SAP, and project participants to refine requirements
- Independently identify missing information, risks, and escalation needs
- Organize and structure information when requirements are undefined
- Actively communicate statuses, risks, dependencies, and next steps
- Share SAP knowledge and migration experience with team members
