Mid | Regular C++ Engineer

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in embedded firmware development.
• Very good knowledge of C++.
• Practical experience with STM32, STM32CubeMX, and STM32Cube HAL.
• Strong bare-metal programming skills.
• Ability to debug firmware issues independently.
• Good understanding of embedded system constraints: memory, execution time, determinism, and hardware resources.
• Ability to design readable, testable, and maintainable firmware.
• Openness to new technologies and curiosity about how AI can support engineering work.
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with FreeRTOS or another RTOS.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude AI or ChatGPT to assist programming.
• Ability to consciously use AI in daily work for code analysis, debugging, documentation, testing, or exploration.
• Willingness to experiment with new tools and technologies to improve work efficiency.

• Designing and developing firmware for STM32 microcontrollers.
• Writing efficient and stable code in C++.
• Working in a bare-metal environment, managing interrupts, timers, DMA, peripherals, and memory.
• Configuring and integrating STM32 peripherals using STM32CubeMX and STM32Cube HAL.
• Debugging firmware and hardware interaction issues.
• Designing firmware architecture and making technical decisions.
• Collaborating on migrating from bare-metal to RTOS, specifically FreeRTOS.
• Cooperating with other engineers on product development and coding standards.
• Using modern software development tools including AI-based tools to support programming.
