Senior Windows Authentication Engineer (k/m)

You will be joining a team of talented Microsoft authentication engineers based in European Offices focused on ensuring stability, availability, security, and performance of authentication infrastructures.

• Proven experience designing, managing, and maintaining critical authentication infrastructures in a large enterprise environment
• In-depth expertise and troubleshooting skills in Active Directory
• Good understanding of authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, OAuth) and certificates-based authentication
• Experience with Azure EntraID configuration and management
• Experience creating and reviewing technical designs
• Strong scripting knowledge and automation skills in PowerShell
• Good understanding of Windows servers, virtualization, networking, and storage infrastructure
• Preferably initial experience with federation services (ADFS), claims, and metadata
• Experience managing RSA Authentication Manager infrastructure is a plus
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts (incident/change/problem management, CMDB)
• English proficiency at B2 level (daily communication)

• Manage and maintain Active Directory authentication services across multiple forests and domains
• Manage LDAP authentication services
• Manage Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for seamless authentication and single sign-on
• Manage Windows Hello and RSA SecurID for multi-factor authentication
• Manage Microsoft Azure EntraID and global tenant configurations
• Design architectures and set security baselines for authentication infrastructures
• Maintain up-to-date documentation
• Participate in audits and security assessments

• Average 7 days per month additional paid on-call watch duties (starting after 12 months of employment)
