Staff Research Team Lead

RTB House uses machine learning as a core part of its operations. The role involves leading a small team of 4–8 ML researchers with hands-on technical involvement at the level of a Staff ML Researcher.

• Lead a small team (4–8) of ML researchers.
• Perform hands-on work including writing code, training models, running experiments, and shipping ML systems.
• Define project goals, success metrics, and solve unclear problems.
• Set direction, prioritize projects, unblock team members.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to team members.
• Identify high-potential projects and communicate vision to stakeholders.
• Own projects end-to-end, from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
