Wymagania
- 5+ years in technical delivery roles including 2+ years hands-on with Data 360 / Data Cloud
- Salesforce Certified Data 360 Consultant credential
- Strong foundation in data modeling, harmonization, and identity resolution
- Proficiency in ETL/ELT, integration tools such as MuleSoft and Informatica, and SQL
- Practical knowledge of at least one major external data platform (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift)
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementation
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops and executive-level discussions
Nice to have:
- Agentforce Specialist certification or relevant delivery experience
- Familiarity with AI-oriented data patterns such as RAG, vector stores, and search indexing
- Background in Marketing Cloud and Personalization (MCP / Evergage) for journey and segmentation design
- Understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including Flows, LWC, and Apex
- Awareness of consumption-based licensing models and credit usage optimization
- Industry expertise in financial services, telecom, retail, or manufacturing
Obowiązki
- Design and document end-to-end Data 360 solutions, including source mapping, data modeling, and identity resolution
- Define architectural strategies for ingestion vs Zero Copy, batch vs real-time processing, and system integration
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables through workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Apply governance, privacy, and consent frameworks at every project stage
- Support pre-sales by scoping, estimation, and technical presentations
- Mentor team members, develop reference architectures, and contribute to internal expertise building
