Inventory Planner

• At least 2 years of experience in inventory planning within an end-to-end supply chain environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret planning data and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across planning teams and factory operations.
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and meet planning KPIs with strong time management.
• Experience with planning and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, confident in data maintenance and generating reports.
• Customer-oriented mindset to translate downstream requirements into upstream planning decisions.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills balancing short and long-term supply chain needs.
• Continuous improvement mindset open to new tools and methodologies to optimize processes.

• Own end-to-end inventory planning for assigned factories, creating and maintaining short and mid-term production plans.
• Analyze inventory parameters and adjust min/max settings to align with supply chain strategies and business targets.
• Monitor and manage planning KPIs and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Identify planning bottlenecks and capacity constraints considering technical and labor capacity, system parameters, downtime, and projects.
• Manage factory-to-factory product relocations ensuring system readiness and material availability.
• Prepare and communicate Master Production Schedule snapshots and capacity reports to stakeholders.
• Support product lifecycle activities including new product introductions and discontinuations.
• Escalate critical availability risks and inventory issues for operational alignment and timely resolution.
