Embroidery & Digitization Quality Lead

FYUL is a global company formed in 2024 through the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce. It focuses on powering on-demand commerce at a global scale by integrating technology, talent, and infrastructure to help create and produce merch for various clients, ranging from solo creators to entertainment giants.

• Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate multiple internal and external priorities and drive decisions.
• Hands-on digitization expertise with professional software such as Wilcom, Pulse, Hatch, or equivalents.
• Deep knowledge of stitch types, underlay techniques, pull compensation, density settings, and fabric requirements.
• Experience writing or owning digitization standards, quality acceptance criteria, or partner briefs.
• Experience engaging with digitization partners on quality output assessment and standards enforcement.
• Proven ability to build QA scorecards, audit frameworks, and defect tracking systems.
• Comfortable with data analysis, reading performance dashboards, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent English communication skills, with experience working across international production networks and ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical audiences.

• Define, own, and continuously raise quality standards and acceptance criteria for digitization output across all production partners.
• Engage with digitization partners on quality assessment, capability reviews, and performance improvement.
• Work with in-house and partner production facilities on embroidery production quality.
• Build and own the quality measurement framework with KPIs and metrics tracking EMB and digitization quality.
• Create digitization guidelines, SOPs, and technical briefs for internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and drive improvements in how merchants and customers engage with embroidery, including design tool guidance and AI-assisted tooling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Merchant Success, and Product/Tech teams on quality initiatives.
• Travel to production sites as needed to manage quality standards effectively.
