Wymagania
- 8–10 years of experience in software testing or QA roles
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in exchange connectivity and algorithmic trading environments
- Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing (50/50 split)
- Hands-on expertise in Python and Robot Framework for test automation
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in testing and analysis
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Fluency in English at B2+ level
Nice to have:
- Experience in investment banking or financial services technology
- Knowledge of trading platform architecture and exchange protocols
- Previous experience working in Agile teams
Obowiązki
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for exchange connectivity and algorithmic trading platforms
- Develop and enhance automated testing scripts using Python and Robot Framework
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery of features
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to exchange connectivity, trading algorithms, and platform performance
- Leverage AI tools to support testing, analysis, and reporting activities
- Document test results, defects, and provide clear feedback to stakeholders
- Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes and tools
