Scrum Master

Join an international team delivering large-scale software development projects in a complex, multi-team environment. Working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), you will play a key role in driving Agile best practices, enabling high-performing teams, and supporting successful product delivery. Azure DevOps is used as the primary platform for backlog management, sprint planning, progress tracking, and team collaboration.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development projects
• Practical knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent is highly desirable
• Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work effectively within global, distributed teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to removing impediments
• Experience supporting Agile teams in delivering complex software solutions

Nice to have:

• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
• German, French, or Italian language skills
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience working in large-scale international environments

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Support and actively participate in SAFe-level events and ceremonies
• Coach and guide team members on Agile and Scrum practices to improve productivity and quality
• Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on sprint objectives
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on backlog refinement and prioritization
• Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics using Azure DevOps
• Support effective communication between teams, stakeholders, and business units
• Promote Agile values and help drive organizational Agile maturity
• Identify and address risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities across the delivery lifecycle
