Junior DRP Team Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 6-9 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with strong exposure to Distribution Planning, DRP, Replenishment Planning, or Inventory Planning.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience including coaching and performance management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, network replenishment, stock balancing, and service level management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, manage KPIs, and make decisions based on scenario modelling and risk assessment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence across organizational levels.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a track record of driving process enhancements.
• Fluent English.
• FMCG experience considered a strong advantage.
• Experience with planning tools and ERP systems such as SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, Excel, Power BI or similar.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Distribution Requirements Planners (around 14 direct reports).
• Ensure effective inventory deployment and replenishment to achieve service level targets.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock availability, and key distribution planning KPIs.
• Identify supply and inventory risks through scenario analysis and support mitigation plans.
• Drive exception management and ensure timely resolution of supply and distribution challenges.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and Commercial teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and operational efficiency.
• Support and develop planners with varying experience levels to ensure consistent execution.
• Champion planning excellence and promote best practices across the distribution planning function.

This role is NOT intended for professionals primarily experienced in transportation planning, logistics operations, freight management, warehousing operations, or production planning.
