Software Security Technical Delivery Lead

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The project involves transitioning from vendor-locked, high-cost platforms to a high-performance, open-source ecosystem built on GCP. The environment is polyglot, including Java, Python, Node.js, and React.

• 10+ years in software development with hands-on experience in at least two of: Java, Python, Node.js, Go.
• Expertise in GCP services including GKE, Cloud Run, Identity-Aware Proxy, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL).
• Practical DevSecOps experience including managing secrets (KMS), container security, and compliance-as-code.
• Data-driven approach leveraging DORA metrics for continuous improvement.

Nice to have:

• Background in FinTech or security within regulated environments.
• GCP cost optimization and capacity planning experience.
• Broad problem-solving mindset with holistic architecture vision.

• Translate business objectives into technical execution plans, identify architectural risks and manage technical debt.
• Embed security-first standards into delivery, ensuring automation, compliance and risk mitigation at all stages.
• Manage daily engineering workflows—remove blockers, monitor sprint health, drive retrospectives and standups.
• Perform code reviews, debug Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), troubleshoot production issues when necessary.
• Assess and guide the replacement of proprietary systems with robust open-source solutions.
• Lead cross-functional squads (Frontend, Backend, SRE) using Agile methodologies.
• Manage delivery priorities and dependencies across initiatives with stakeholders.
